Karen Weikel

Director of Nutrition Science at Bonumose

Karen Weikel has a diverse work history in the field of nutrition science and education. Karen started their career as a Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at The Gerald J. and Dorothy R. Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University from August 2006 to October 2011. During their time there, they also served as a Teaching Assistant from January 2009 to December 2010.

From 2010 to 2010, Karen worked as a Lecturer at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
