Amber also acts as Voice of the Customer for all departments, collecting feedback and suggestions for improvement. As a member of the interdepartmental Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Team, Amber creates and facilitates education, discovery, and communication of DEI Initiatives. Lastly, they provide escalation assistance and training to CSM, ED, Implementation, and Support Teams.

Amber Redig holds a Bachelor of Culture, Literature, & Arts from the University of Washington, Bothell with a minor in Human Rights. Amber also has an Associate of Arts (AA) from Shoreline Community College in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Additionally, Amber Redig holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Theatre and English from Winona State University. Finally, they are certified in Textio Inclusive Recruiting Certification.
