Sascha Lorenzen

Sascha Lorenzen is an experienced Impact Investment Analyst at BonVenture since September 2022, involved in associated deals such as ScrapBees and Circu Li-ion. Currently serving as an EIC Accelerator Expert at the European Commission since January 2024, Sascha offers expertise in providing funding and investments to support innovative start-ups and SMEs. This follows a traineeship as an EIC Accelerator Trainee at the European Commission from March to July 2022, focused on funding innovations for start-ups and SMEs. Prior experience includes an internship at BonVenture as an Impact Investing Intern, supporting high-impact startups and scaleups, and a role at IM Efficiency, where Sascha led research on the Mobile Solar Park Project. Educational qualifications include a double Master's degree in International Business from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from both Rennes School of Business and FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences.
