Stefanie Gedding

Stefanie Gedding is an experienced Customer Success Manager at Bookboon Learning since June 2022, with a strong background in the travel industry. Prior roles include Market Manager for Germany at Trip.com, Contracts Manager for Germany at Miki Travel, and Business Development and Operations Executive at E-Voyages Group. Stefanie has a proven record in negotiating group contracts with hotels across Europe, creating and maintaining supplier relationships, and effectively handling customer service issues. A graduate of Ruhr University Bochum with a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies, Stefanie also has academic experience from National Taiwan University and The University of Bonn.
