Olivier Grémillon

Vice President, Global Segments at Booking.com

Olivier Grémillon is Vice President of Global Segments, which includes overseeing Booking’s Home division, Hotel Chain Partnerships and Strategic Segments for Booking.com. Focussed on tailoring the Booking.com product for both accommodation partners and customers across these multiple segments, Grémillon and his team also support properties in 228 countries and territories around the globe. From introducing new partners to listing online to helping seasoned entrepreneurs maximise their earnings, Booking.com is dedicated to supporting accommodation providers with the right technology, insights and support to grow their businesses together with Booking.com.

Olivier comes to Booking.com from Airbnb, where he served in numerous strategic positions over his six-year tenure with the company, including as Country Manager for France, Managing Director for Europe, Middle East & Africa, a role he held for four and a half years, and most recently as Director of Global Strategy. Prior to joining Airbnb, Olivier worked in various roles with McKinsey & Company, both in Europe and the United States, as well as Deloitte.

Olivier has an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a graduate of ESSEC Business School in France. He currently resides in the Netherlands and is fluent in French and English.
