Lauren Frank

Lauren Frank serves as Senior Director and Legal at Booking Holdings, a position held since December 2020. Previously, Lauren held the role of Senior Counsel at Christie's from August 2014 to July 2020 and served as Corporate Counsel at MetLife from November 2010 to July 2014. Initial legal experience included an Associate position in Litigation at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, focusing on securities, corporate governance, and white-collar crime. Additionally, Lauren was a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Henry B. Pitman, U.S. Magistrate Judge, and worked as an Analyst in the Equities division at Goldman Sachs. Lauren received a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Brown University.
