Clément GROUZELLE has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Clément started their career at Decathlon France in 2016 as a Conseiller Randonnée and later took on the role of Stage assistant Leader/coach. In 2018, they worked as a Gestionnaire produit at Tape à l'oeil. In 2019, Clément worked at Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance as an Assistant chef de projet digital and then transitioned to Decathlon Pro as a Conseiller commercial. In 2022, they worked as a Scuba Diving Instructor before joining Smily, formerly BookingSync, in 2023 as a Customer Success Consultant.

Clément Grouzelle pursued their education, starting in 2013 and ending in 2019. Clément first attended Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a DUT (Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie) in Technique de Commercialisation. Following this, they enrolled at ISEG, where they completed their Master's degree in Marketing & Communication from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Clément Grouzelle has also obtained certification in scuba diving, including being certified as a PADI Dive Master in October 2020 and as an Open Water Scuba Instructor from PADI in December 2022.
