Sangeeta Dworkin has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 as a Regional Partner Manager at McData Corporation. Sangeeta then worked at Deltek, where they held various roles, including Sr. Director of Account Management and Director of Strategic Alliances and Channel Relations, responsible for sales, partnerships, and business processes. After that, they joined Kit Check as the Vice President of Account Management/Customer Success, managing hospital pharmacy customers for a medication tracking and inventory management SaaS solution. Sangeeta then served as the Interim CCO at Crowdkeep, a SaaS time tracking platform. Sangeeta later joined Unanet as VP of Customer Success, leading the implementation of project-based software solutions. Sangeeta also worked at CallRevu as the VP of Customer Success and Experience, tracking and monitoring phone processes. Sangeeta then took on the roles of Head of Customer Care and Onboarding at Learning Without Tears and Board Member at LCMC. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Care at BookNook, leading efforts to provide equitable access to education through technology innovation.

Sangeeta Dworkin holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) from Georgia State University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from The University of Georgia. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Customer Experience Innovation Certification from Smaply in November 2022, the Level 4: Clever Champion certification from Clever Inc. in June 2021, and the CSM certification from SuccessHACKER.
