Alexander al-Shekhly

Senior Customer Success Trainer at Booksy

Alexander Al-Shekhly has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2011, they began their career as a Customer Support Representative at Regus, where they worked until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they served as an English Language Teacher at Primary School no 341, and then transitioned to Primary School no 321, where they held the same role from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, Alexander joined Teleperformance as a Call Center Customer Service Representative, before moving up to the position of Supervisor from 2018 to 2019. Alexander then became a Project Trainer from 2019 to 2020, and finally worked as a Trainers Coordinator from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are a Senior Customer Success Trainer at Booksy, starting in November 2021.

Alexander Al-Shekhly completed their Bachelor's degree in Anglistyka at Lingwistyczna Szkoła Wyższa w Warszawie from 2009 to 2014. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Anglistyka at the University of Warsaw, which they completed from 2016 to 2018. In 2020 to 2021, they attended Ośrodek Pomocy i Edukacji Psychologicznej Intra and obtained a Business Trainer Course certification.
