Lisbet Montoya

Lisbet Montoya is a Team Leader at Booksy since November 2018. Lisbet leads the Customer Success team, assists with hiring and onboarding, handles escalations, and updates educational materials. Additionally, Lisbet is a Product Expert providing internal support, resolving issues, and coordinating with developers. Prior to Booksy, Lisbet worked in Customer Relationships at REV UP BRANDS and Ione Inc. Lisbet also has experience in Technical Support, training customers and analyzing data globally.
