Nathalia Santana's work experience began in 2016 as an Auxiliar Administrativo at WSantana Instalações e Serviços Eletrônicos LTDA ME. In April 2022, Nathalia joined Booksy as a Customer Success Jr, where they were responsible for managing partner success on the platform, providing guidance and support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
