Roksana M. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Roksana began their career at The Timken Company in 2015 as a Specjalista ds. wsparcia IT. In 2017, they joined ASUS as a Reprezentant marki, where they were involved in promoting and selling laptops and smartphones. Their responsibilities included training on IT products, configuring computer equipment, building client relationships, achieving sales goals, and ensuring display standards. Roksana later worked at Samsung Mobile as a Reprezentant marki, from 2019 until 2022. Currently, they are employed at Booksy as a Customer Success Consultant, starting in April 2022.

Roksana M. began their education in 2012 at the Zespół Szkół Elektronicznych i Informatycznych w Sosnowcu, where they pursued a degree as an IT specialist with a focus on Informatics. Roksana completed this program in 2016. Following their graduation, Roksana M. enrolled at the University of Silesia in Katowice in 2016.
