Joel Naoum

Joel Naoum has a diverse range of work experience in the publishing industry. Joel started their career as an Admin & Projects Officer at the Australian Writers' Guild in 2007. In 2008, they joined Pan Macmillan Australia as an Editorial Assistant and later became an Editor and eventually a Publisher. In 2016, they took on the role of Director at Critical Mass Publishing Consulting, a consultancy specialized in helping authors and publishers with book publishing services. At Writing NSW, they served as the Board Chair from 2016 to 2021.
