Laura Kevan

Laura Kevan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Laura currently works as an Admin Support Officer at Booktopia, starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they were a PHD Researcher at the University of Melbourne, starting in March 2021. Additionally, Laura has experience as an Assistant Project Manager at Art Pharmacy from October 2022 to March 2023, and as a Young Talent Sales Assistant at the Affordable Art Fair in June 2022. Laura also worked as a Temporary Office Assistant at the Australian Olympic Committee from December 2021 to April 2022. Earlier in their career, Laura served as the Director of First Impressions at The Missing Link from March 2020 to February 2021, and as a Guest Speaker at the Australian Association for Jewish Studies in February 2020. Laura also gained experience as a Student Intern at the Archive of Australian Judaica from August 2019 to November 2019, and as a Student Services Advisor at UNSW Art & Design from July 2018 to July 2019. Laura's professional journey began as a Customer Service Specialist at HarperCollins Australia from July 2016 to August 2018.

Laura Kevan completed their Bachelor of Art Theory in Ancient and Contemporary arts at UNSW from 2014 to 2017. In 2019, they attended the University of Sydney and obtained a Master of Museum and Heritage Studies with a focus on Museology/Museum Studies. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation at the University of Melbourne, which is expected to be completed by 2024.

Additionally, Laura Kevan obtained a certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol in May 2014, although the institution from which they received the certification is not specified.
