Kristi Sarles

Kristi Sarles has extensive experience in recruiting and talent development. Kristi started their career as a Sr. Recruiter at Aerotek in 2008 and then moved to ITR Group as a Sr. Technical Recruiter in 2010. Kristi joined Crew in 2014 and held numerous positions including Recruiting Lead, Recruiting Manager, and the most recent being the Recruiting Director. Their work at Crew focused on developing innovative talent development programs for both Turnberry Solutions and their clients. Kristi Sarles worked at Crew until January 2020, after which they left the company.

Kristi Sarles earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2004 to 2008. Their degree was focused on Organizational Communications and Spanish studies.
