Heather Hadrys

Heather Hadrys has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition/recruitment. Heather served as the Director of Human Resources at Boombah Incorporated from 2015. In this role, they developed and implemented processes for recruitment and selection, progressive discipline, performance management, benefits administration, and onboarding. Heather successfully sourced, screened, and interviewed candidates for various positions within the organization. Prior to that, Heather was the Human Resources - Recruiting Manager at Pampered Chef - A Berkshire Hathaway Company from 1994 to 2015. In this role, they led the talent acquisition/recruitment and retention strategy function for the company's global headquarters and managed the full-cycle recruitment process for all domestic and international business units. Heather also developed and implemented comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

Heather Hadrys obtained their Bachelor's degree in Corporate and Organizational Communications from Northern Illinois University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, they completed a Senior Human Resources Professional Certification program at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, in May 2004.
