Amanda Yates

Amanda Yates, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Amanda most recently served as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Boomi, where they were recruited by the CHRO to establish the talent acquisition function after the company's divestiture from Dell. In this role, Amanda led a global team and successfully hired new employees in Vancouver and Barcelona. Amanda was also responsible for implementing various initiatives, including creating dashboards and reports for executive reporting and team efficiency, launching an internal talent acquisition page for hiring managers, and evaluating sourcing tools to increase diversity pipeline. Prior to their role at Boomi, Amanda held positions as the Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Alteryx, Director of Talent Acquisition at The Integer Group, Talent Acquisition Manager at Vail Resorts, and Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manager at Examiner.com. Amanda also gained experience in executive search as the Director of Operations/Recruiter at Pullman Blaine, Inc. Throughout their career, Amanda has demonstrated their expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and utilizing data to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.

Amanda Yates, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University, which they obtained between 1992 and 1997. Amanda has also obtained additional certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in April 2018, and the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in April 2015.
