Miguel Morales

Miguel Morales, MBA, MIS, has extensive work experience in instructional design and training program management. Miguel currently works as a Senior Global Learning Content Lead at Boomi, where they develop learning strategies and manages training and certification programs. Previously, Miguel held roles at Chevron, Halliburton, the City of Houston, and Houston Baptist University, where they were responsible for developing eLearning programs, designing curriculum, and managing training initiatives. Their expertise includes Agile project management, instructional design, and learning program management.

Miguel Morales, MBA, MIS, completed their MBA in Management Information Systems at the University of the Sacred Heart from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, which they completed from 1986 to 1989. Miguel also holds a General Education High School Diploma from Rafael Lopez Landrón, which they received from 1980 to 1983. In addition to their formal education, Miguel has obtained various certifications related to project management, agile methodologies, technical skills, and integration development.
