Alessia Butler

Alessia Butler has over 15 years of work experience, with a focus on project management and executive assistant roles. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Booming Games, where they oversee the day-to-day operations of the business and collaborates closely with executives to develop long-term plans. Prior to this, Alessia served as the Head of Project Management at both Booming Games and ITHUBA Holdings (PTY) LTD, where they contributed to driving project best practices and led a team of project managers. Alessia also has experience as an Executive Assistant and Program Manager at ITHUBA Holdings, handling tasks such as tender proposals and managing communications. Alessia's earlier work experience includes roles as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Fund Administrator, Recruitment Assistant, and Branch Administrator at various companies.

Alessia Butler's education history includes various degrees and certifications. In 2000-2004, they attended Carletonville Highschool and obtained their Matric degree. In 2007, they pursued a Customer Relationship Marketing Diploma at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Additionally, they obtained an IPSC Membership in Personnel Services from APSO – The Association of Personnel Services Organisation in the same year.

In 2019, Alessia focused on Project Management by completing the Programme in Project Management (with Distinction) at the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria. Alessia also completed beginner and advanced courses in MS Projects at Torque IT.

In 2022-2023, Alessia pursued an Executive MBA at the University of Oxford.
