Azrel Rahiman

Azrel Rahiman has held various roles in Salesforce and Sales Operations since 2013. In 2019, they were Manager of Salesforce & Sales Operations at Boost Connect. Azrel'skey responsibilities included digitization and automation of internal sales and business operation processes, and continuous enhancement and maintenance of Sales & Service Cloud. From 2016 to 2019, they were Senior Business Analyst, Salesforce at Ansell, managing the Salesforce CRM globally, overseeing the growth and adoption of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and managing a Community Cloud portal. From 2013 to 2016, they held roles at Lava Protocols Sdn Bhd, including Business Analyst, Salesforce; Deployment Engineer, Salesforce and Google Apps; and Intern. Azrel'sresponsibilities included developing business requirements and related business rules, providing expertise and input in helping the team make decisions, and assisting the internal project team in deploying multiple Cloud based projects.

Azrel Rahiman completed a Foundation in Information Technology at Taylor's University from 2010 to 2011. Azrel then attended RMIT University from 2011 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Information Technology. In 2014, they obtained the Google Apps Deployment Quick Start (App 100) certification from Google. In 2016, they were awarded the Salesforce Certified Administrator certification from Salesforce. Finally, in 2018, they were recognized as a Salesforce Trailhead Ranger by Salesforce.
