Olga Koynova

Olga Koynova has extensive experience in sourcing and production management in the retail industry. Olga has worked as a Sourcing Director at Boost Group, responsible for product development, customization, and supplier negotiations. Olga also led a production and QA team in Hong Kong and Shanghai. Prior to that, they worked as a Sourcing Manager Asia at Clas Ohlson, where they established a diverse production base outside of Mainland China and Europe and opened new offices in Vietnam and India. Olga has also worked as a Sourcing and Production Manager at VCNY Home, leading a team in the Home Textiles department. Additionally, they have experience as a Sourcing Manager at Sodimac Chile, Falabella, Home Center, and HOMY, and as a General Manager at INCITY & DESEO. In their roles, they were responsible for production scheduling, supply chain management, price negotiations, and legal representation.

Olga Koynova completed their Master's degree in Economics from Primorsky Jobs in the years 2002 to 2007. Olga then pursued further education at Zhejiang University of Technology from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in translation with a specialization in Chinese.
