Brooke Mazzei

Brooke Mazzei has extensive work experience in the legal and insurance industries. Brooke currently holds the position of Associate Counsel, Legal & Compliance at Boost since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty from 2019 to 2021 as Deputy Product Development Liability North America.

From 2012 to 2019, Mazzei worked at Allied World, where they held various roles including Vice President & Assistant General Counsel - U.S. Programs and Assistant Vice President and Associate General Counsel - U.S. Property and Inland Marine. In these positions, they collaborated with underwriters and program administrators to develop and draft specialized insurance products, evaluated legal risks, and provided guidance on policy interpretation, claim trends, and insurance laws and regulations.

Before joining Allied World, Mazzei worked at Wilson Elser as an Associate from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they represented insurers in a range of actions involving different types of insurance policies, as well as defended clients in admiralty and marine litigation cases.

Mazzei began their career as a Legal Assistant at a private law office in 2006 and later served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York from June to August 2006. Brooke also gained experience as a Law Clerk at the State of Massachusetts Ethics Commission from September to December 2005.

In the early 2000s, Mazzei held internship and assistant positions at Clear Channel Entertainment, Harman International, and Harman/Becker Automotive Systems, which provided their with foundational experience in marketing and events coordination.
