As CEO of international language service provider 2M Language Services, Tea is in charge of leading the 2M Team providing innovative languages solutions into 250+ languages.

Working with a client portfolio including Fortune 500 companies within the mining, defence, manufacturing and software industry as well as governments and international sports events, Tea focuses on technology, cyber security and risk management.

On the Board of ABIE France and the German Australian Chamber of Industry & Commerce, Tea works daily with global brands assisting them to enter international markets successfully and manage their multilingual assets.

President of AALC, Board Director of GALA, NAATI TRAC and NAATI Regional Advisory Council, ELIA member and Fellow of AUSIT, Tea is one of Australia’s industry leaders in the translation & localisation sector and has particular interest in latest language technology developments including neural machine translation technology.

Tea is a regular guest speaker and MC at domestic and international industry conferences & export seminars, writes regularly for industry magazines with a column in Dynamic Business and Marketing Magazine and has been featured on Sky News Business Class program.

Based both in Australia (HQ) and Paris (2M Europe Office), Tea is very active within the international trade & export sector and works also closely with the Australian Export Council, Australian Latin American Business Council (ALABC), French Australian Chamber of Commerce (FACCI) & Australia China Business Council.
