Justina Ducharme is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in store management and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Retail Store Manager at Boot Barn since October 2025, Justina has previously held various managerial positions at Torrid from August 2017 to October 2025, including Store Manager, TSM, Talent Scout, and Area Manager.
