The Merchandising and Stores team at Boot Barn is responsible for overseeing product selection, in-store and online merchandising strategies, and the execution of store operations. This team ensures that each location reflects the brand’s Western and Workwear aesthetic while optimizing product placement and inventory levels. They also manage new store launches and in-store events to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
