Thomas Gill

Thomas Gill currently serves as Program Manager II at CAE USA, overseeing program engineering objectives and budgets for the development of Full Flight Simulators and Software development labs. In addition, Thomas holds the position of Chief Operations Officer at Boots to Books, where responsibilities include coordinating organizational activities and ensuring timely program execution for veteran support initiatives. Previously, Thomas co-founded Boots To Cyber as Chief of Staff, leveraging various resources for organizational success. A veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, Thomas held multiple leadership roles, including Deputy Director of Resource Management, and has extensive experience in project management, budget oversight, and strategic planning across diverse military operations and international relations. Thomas possesses a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and has completed advanced studies in homeland security and cybersecurity.
