Lucy has held various leadership roles at companies such as Boots UK, Vodafone, Jaguar Land Rover, and GlaxoSmithKline. Their experience includes managing global communications and PR strategies, as well as overseeing corporate and employee communications.

Lucy Reynolds completed a BA Joint Hons in English and Communication Studies from the University of Liverpool in 2000. Lucy later pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
