Fraser Frost-Pennington

Fraser Frost-Pennington has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Fraser is currently employed at Boox as the Head of Partnerships - UK, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as an Operations Manager at Boox since January 2022.

Fraser played a key role in coordinating and developing the operations department, including serving as the director of operation's assistant during a large dry dock maintenance package in South Africa. Fraser also gained experience as a navigation officer and officer of the watch during this time.

Fraser's earlier experience includes serving in the Royal Navy on Basic Fleet Time from August 2016 to January 2017, and undergoing Initial Officer Training at BRNC Dartmouth from September 2015 to August 2016. Fraser also worked as a Royal Marine Young Officer at CTCRM Lympstone from August 2014 to September 2015.

Before their military career, Fraser worked as a Forestry Assistant at Muncaster Estate in 2013, and they established the annual Race the Tide event in the Lake District.
