Hayden Temin

Hayden Temin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and strategic operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Strategy & Integration and Vice President of HR Delivery & Operations at Booz Allen Hamilton since September 2021, Temin previously held various leadership roles at the Federal Bureau of Investigation from September 2006 to July 2021, culminating as Chief Human Resources Officer. Responsibilities included overseeing the entire hire-to-retire process for a workforce of 35,000, leading strategic planning, managing the Bureau's personnel budget, and implementing major operational improvements. Temin's earlier experience includes roles as a merchandising intern at Wal-Mart and a Senior Research Assistant for the Joint Economic Committee of the US Congress, with academic qualifications including an MBA from Duke University and a BA in Economics from Kenyon College.
