Jill Mizrachy

Jill Mizrachy currently serves as the Group People Lead at Booz Allen Hamilton since January 2009, where responsibilities include delivering integrated talent strategies and analyzing talent demands across various functions. Previously, Jill held the position of Sr. Director Core Learning & Development, overseeing the Learning & Development function for approximately 25,000 staff members. Jill's extensive experience spans multiple organizations, including roles such as Sr. Director of Learning & Development at Choice Hotels International, Sr. Director of Brand Education at Limited Brands, and VP of Organizational Development & Learning at Interstate Hotels & Resorts. Notable accomplishments include leading training initiatives at Bank of America and Marriott International, demonstrating a strong background in talent acquisition and leadership development. Jill Mizrachy holds a BA in Dramatic Art (Honors) from the University of the Witwatersrand.
