Micah Finley

Micah Finley is currently a Lead Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton since April 2024. Prior to this role, Micah served as a Senior Frontend Developer at TBS Factoring Service, LLC from February 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading the development of front-end applications using Typescript and React, collaborating with global teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers. Micah also held the position of Frontend Developer, focusing on user interface development and optimization. Previous experience includes a User Interface Developer role at cPanel and a Developer in Residence at DigitalCrafts, emphasizing teaching and mentoring skills. Micah holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Southwest Baptist University and a Full Stack Web Development certification from DigitalCrafts, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Allied Health from Oklahoma Baptist University.
