Sarah st. Clair

Sarah St. Clair is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership within the defense and construction sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton since July 1994, Sarah leads Global Defense merger and acquisition strategy, oversees infrastructure and service delivery, and drives talent experience and future work transformation initiatives. Prior to this role, Sarah served as an HR Generalist at NVR, Inc. and RJO Enterprises, Inc., where responsibilities included recruitment and management of annual benefits and compensation projects. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Radford University.
