Tom Downs

Tom Downs, CDR, is an experienced professional specializing in diversity talent acquisition and talent pipeline programs. Currently serving as Principal/Director at Booz Allen Hamilton, Tom has previously held significant roles at Gartner as Head of Global Diversity Talent Acquisition and Talent Programs, and at Capital One in various leadership positions including Head of Diversity Talent Acquisition. Additional experience includes serving as a Scholar in the Stand-To Veteran Leadership Program at the George W. Bush Presidential Center and a Program Manager at Imperatis Corporation. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Training and Development from the University of Louisville.
