Andreas Sjostrom

Andreas Sjostrom has worked in various human resources roles for multiple companies. Andreas is currently a Senior Human Resources Manager at Boozt since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Director at MacGregor from October 2022 to June 2023. Before that, they held several positions at Perstorp Group, including Global HR Director from March 2019 to October 2022, HR Director for APAC from July 2017 to February 2019, and Site HR Manager from May 2016 to January 2019. Andreas also worked as an HR Director at Thermo Fisher Scientific from August 2014 to April 2016. Andreas has experience working in HR roles at DeLaval, where they served as the Global HR Director - Supply Chain from October 2013 to July 2014, HR Director for Region East Asia from February 2011 to October 2013, HR Operations Manager from February 2009 to February 2011, and HR Business Partner from September 2007 to February 2009. Prior to that, they had HR experience at Volvo Group and also worked as a Project Leader at Resurs Bank. Andreas started their career as an HR/General Admin at the Financial Times and later served as a Welfare Officer in the Students Union at City University London.

Andreas Sjostrom's education history began in 1991 when they attended Magnus Stenbock. Andreas then transferred to Tycho Brahe in 1993. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at City, University of London in 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sociology, which they successfully obtained in 2001. Andreas continued their education at London Metropolitan University from 2005 to 2006, earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Human Resource Management. In 2012, they attended the IMD Executive Education Program, specializing in Organizational Leadership. Finally, in 2018, Andreas completed the Business Financial Management program at EFL - Executive Education.
