Emily M. currently serves as the Head of Digital & Experience Design at BOQ Group, a position held since September 2022. Previously, Emily was the Head of Digital Design at Bank of Queensland from January 2021 to September 2022 and the Customer Experience Manager at The University of Queensland from June 2019 to January 2021, leading significant customer experience transformations. With a deep expertise in customer experience strategy, service design, and user experience, Emily has worked extensively on projects involving design studio establishment, CRM transformation, and market growth strategies during tenure at Deloitte Digital as Experience Design Manager from May 2014 to June 2019. Additional roles at Academy Xi, Hoyne Design, and DNA Design contributed to a diverse background in design and project management. Emily holds a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication Design – Advertising from Massey University, completed in 2011.
