Praveen Pedankar is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as a Sous Chef at Boqueria Restaurants since December 2021, Praveen oversees kitchen operations, leveraging exceptional cooking skills alongside managerial decision-making and team leadership. Previously, as a chef/partner at Chaatable from September 2018 to January 2021, and as Group Executive Chef for the Nanking Group of Restaurants from December 2009 to June 2015, Praveen managed dining experiences and trained staff while ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting the company's image. Praveen's educational background includes a National Apprenticeship (General Chef) from Taj Hotels & Resorts and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Bangalore University.
