Tom Chang

Tom Chang currently serves as 製造副總 and President at Bora Pharmaceuticals since February 2018. Previously, Tom held several leadership roles at Impax Laboratories from July 2012 to February 2018, including President of Taiwan Operations, Executive Vice President, and Senior Vice President. Prior to that, Tom was the Site Leader at Pfizer from 2009 to 2012 and served as Technical Director (Plant Manager) at Wyeth Taiwan from July 1992 to October 2009. Tom holds a degree from Chung Yuan Christian University, obtained between 1986 and 1990.
