Director Of Services And Solutions at Bord Gáis Energy

Teresa Purtill's work experience begins in 1997 as a Team Performance Leader for French Reservations at Hertz. Teresa then joined Xerox in 1998 as a Welcome Centre Team Leader before returning to Hertz in 1999 as a Business Manager for the UK and Ireland. From 2002 to 2005, they served as a Sales Operations Manager at Hertz before taking on the role of Director of European Reservations from 2005 to 2007. Teresa then transitioned to become the Director of European Customer Care from 2007 to 2009, followed by the position of Customer Care Global Transformation Leader from 2009 to 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they held the role of Senior Director of Global Customer Care at Hertz, and from 2013 to 2015, they served as Vice President of Global Customer Care. In 2015, Teresa joined Bord Gáis Energy, where they initially worked as the Head of Customer Operations until 2019. Teresa then advanced to become the Director of Field and Customer Operations, responsible for customer experience and leading transformational change, until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Services and Solutions at Bord Gáis Energy.

Teresa Purtill completed the Executive Leadership Development Program at The Wharton School in 2012-2013. Teresa earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in European Studies/Civilization from the University of Limerick between 1990 and 1995.
