Dana Shea

Dana Shea has over 25 years of work experience in human resources. Dana most recently served as the Regional Human Resources Director at Borden since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Borden Dairy Company, where they held the positions of Senior Human Resource Business Partner from March 2017 to August 2020 and Human Resources Manager from July 2014 to March 2017. Before joining Borden, Dana worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at MacLellan Integrated Services from October 2011 to July 2014. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resource Manager at Ready Mix Concrete Company from June 2002 to August 2005. In 2012, they enrolled in Midway University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, which they completed in 2014. Furthermore, in 1982, they graduated from Pulaski County High School, where they completed a general high school curriculum.
