Adam Greco

Adam Greco is an Associate at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, where they provide legal services to non-profit corporations, charitable organizations and public and private foundations on a variety of legal issues. Adam's primary areas of practice include charity applications, corporate law and governance, regulatory compliance, planned giving and employment law.

Previously, Adam was an Associate Lawyer at Blumberg Segal LLP from July 2018 to April 2022. During their time there, they provided legal services to non-profit corporations, charitable organizations and public and private foundations on a variety of legal issues.

Before that, Adam was a Student-at-Law at Tarion Warranty Corporation from May 2017 to May 2018. As an articling student, they had independent carriage of matters before the Small Claims Court, Licence Appeal Tribunal and Tarion’s Builder Arbitration Forum. Adam also drafted various legal documents, including pleadings, motion materials, factums, mediation briefs, books and affidavits of documents, books of authorities and other court documents.

Adam developed strong legal research skills by researching and drafting memoranda on civil procedure, administrative law and procedure, real estate, bankruptcy, corporate and construction law while working as a Summer Research Assistant at Edgar Chana Law in July 2016 to September 2016.

After completing their French Secondary School Diploma at York Mills Collegiate Institute, Adam Greco studied Italian Studies and French Immersion at the University of Toronto. Adam then went on to law school at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where they obtained their Juris Doctor.
