Cassandra Florio

Cassandra Florio is an experienced lawyer who has worked in prestigious law firms such as Borden Ladner Gervais LLP and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Cassandra also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC, teaching the Close Corporations Seminar. Cassandra holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto and a B.A. (First Class Honours) in Economics, International Relations, and International Development Studies from McGill University.
