Jeremy Ostrowski

Jeremy Ostrowski is an experienced professional in change management and talent development, currently serving as the Director of Change Management at Border States. Prior to this role, Jeremy worked at Danaher Corporation as a Talent Program Manager and transitioned to Aldevron as a Talent Management Partner following the acquisition, also holding the position of Organizational Effectiveness Manager there. Earlier positions include Project Manager II - Strategy Enablement at Border States and IT Service Management Consultant at StrataCom, Inc. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Information Systems from the University of North Dakota.
