Madeleine James is an accomplished professional in Change Management and Learning & Development with extensive experience overseeing teams and driving strategic initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Change Management at Lumen Technologies since June 2025, Madeleine previously held leadership roles at Meta, where responsibilities included directing a team of 12 Change Management and Learning Enablement professionals to support over 5,000 employees. Prior to that, Madeleine managed Learning & Development and Change Management teams at T-Mobile, where custom learning solutions reached over 15,000 employees. Notable achievements include developing integrated strategies during a critical data migration project at Logic20/20, Inc., delivering significant operational cost savings. Academically, Madeleine holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership & Learning from The George Washington University and a post-baccalaureate in Secondary Education from Western Washington University.
