Karin Quandt

Karin Quandt, CSPO, currently serves as the Director of Change Management at Boston Mutual Life Insurance, a position held since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Change Management Practitioner at Farm Credit Services of America and an Employee Experience Consultant at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska, where Karin focused on fostering an employee-centric culture and driving engagement initiatives. At Mutual of Omaha, as the Organizational Change & Communication Manager, Karin managed change and communication programs for a workforce of 1,000, developing strategies to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture. Throughout a career that began as an Executive Assistant at The Evanston Group, Karin has consistently worked to align communication and change management with organizational objectives, delivering impactful training and resources to strengthen employee engagement. Karin holds a BA in History from Carthage College.
