Elle Halo

Elle Halo serves as a Black Health Ambassador for Health Connections Inc. since October 2023, focusing on health equity within the Milwaukee Black Grassroots Network. As the Founder Consultancy Director of TRANCE CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED, established in November 2022, Elle aims to advance equity through visibility and is preparing for a website launch. An Empower Elle's Summit Facilitator for Black Trans Women Inc. since February 2022, Elle also holds a position on the Board of Directors for Diverse & Resilient and works as a SHEBA Program Assistant. Additional roles include Social Media Director for Love on Black Women LLC, Personal Care Assistant at iLIFE Financial Management Services, and participation in the Fund for Trans Generations Advisory Committee with Borealis Philanthropy. Elle has previously worked with the African American Roundtable and Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin, contributing to statewide initiatives for Trans affirming care. Academic background includes undergraduate studies at UW-Parkside and ongoing media communications at Los Angeles Film School.
