Ernst Kildegaard

Ernst Kildegaard has extensive work experience in supply chain management and operations consulting. Ernst has held various leadership positions, including Chief Supply Chain Officer and Group Supply Chain Director at BORG Automotive Group. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager Operations Consulting at PwC and as a Senior Management Consultant at 4IMPROVE Consulting Group.

Before transitioning into consulting roles, Kildegaard held positions at R82 A/S, where they served as the Director of Supply Chain and Operations and Logistics Manager. Ernst also worked as a Censor at Aalborg University.

In 2005, they participated in a program called CONNECTOR for project management and received training in leadership behavior and team building from Strandgaard consulting. Additionally, Ernst Kildegaard completed their high school education from Sønderborg Amtsgymnasium between 1990 and 1993.
