Travis Horne has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Travis began their career in the United States Marine Corps as a CPL. and served as a Section Chief, Artillery from 1991 to 1995. Following that, they worked briefly at the White House Athletic Center in 1998. Travis then joined the New Hampshire Local Government Center in 2002 as a Health & Safety Advisor, where they worked until 2011. Travis then moved on to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where they served as a Wellness Consultant from 2012 to 2013. Travis then joined Unum as a Director of Health & Productivity from 2013 to 2014. Travis then worked at Borislow Insurance as the Director of Health & Wellbeing from 2014 to the present. Most recently, Travis has taken on the role of Executive Director at Prospects Athletics Scholarship Fund starting in 2020.
Travis Horne's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Education from the University of Maine at Farmington, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. Travis then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Leadership at Franklin Pierce University from 1998 to 2002. From 2009 to 2011, Travis attended Antioch University New England, where they earned another MBA in Business Leadership. Additionally, from 2013 to 2017, Travis obtained a certification as a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
