Elisa Soulier

Director of Health and Wellbeing at Castell

Elisa Soulier has a diverse work experience spanning various positions in the health and wellness field. Elisa is currently the Director of Health and Wellbeing at Castell, where they provide strategic support in the development, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives to improve the health and wellbeing of Castell members. Prior to this role, they served as the Health and Wellbeing Manager at the same company, where they focused on developing infrastructure to support mental health and wellbeing, social determinants of health, and other health promotion products and services.

Before joining Castell, Elisa worked at Intermountain Healthcare for several years. Elisa began as a Wellness Program Coordinator in the Clinical Programs department, where they played a key role in cancer wellness program development. Elisa later became the LiVe Well Oncology Program Manager, leading efforts to prioritize patient goals and holistic health beyond diagnoses or procedures. Elisa also served as the Interim Executive Director for the Office of Health Promotion and Wellness, where they were responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of health promotion and wellness services for Intermountain patients, caregivers, members, and communities. Additionally, they briefly held the role of Interim Employee Assistance Program Director, ensuring the delivery of exceptional EAP services to Intermountain caregivers and external employee groups.

Prior to their time at Intermountain, Elisa worked at Huntsman Cancer Institute as a Lead Bone Marrow Transplant Coordinator, Transplant Coordinator, and New Patient Coordinator. Elisa began their career as an Account Executive at Salt Lake magazine/JES Publishing and also worked as an Anatomy/Physiology Instructor at Eagle Gate College-Salt Lake City. Elisa also has experience as an independent owner, operating as a Health and Wellness Professional.

Elisa Soulier completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Exercise Sport Science, Ballet at the University of Utah from 1997 to 2008. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Professional MBA/Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including Coaching for Results, Executive Presence for Women, and Negotiation Skills from LinkedIn in July 2018.
