Madhu Madhavan

Madhu Madhavan is the Global Head of ERP at BORN Group. Madhu has over 18 years of experience in enterprise systems, banking and cash management operations, HQ build-out advisory, restructuring and C11 support. Madhu has also managed process and platform integration of acquisitions and divestitures, vendor and contract management, and corporate treasury.

Prior to joining BORN Group, Madhu was the CEO/Brand Officer at ZAG Insights, where they invested and grew Premier Consulting Group into a boutique PeopleSoft, Microsoft ERP and ILM consulting and reselling outfit from 2001 to 2009. Madhu then sold Premier Consulting to Advent Global Solutions in 2009 and helped grow the company further in additional areas such as SAP and IBM ILM. In 2013, they MBOed Premier Consulting from Advent Global Solutions and rebranded it to ZAG Insights with a focus on cloud ERP and IBM data management and governance solutions. In 2019, they sold key assets to Aequor and BORN and continued growing the business for BORN.

At ZAG, Madhu incubated and established sustainable alliances with SAP for advertising agencies and PSO organizations and NetSuite for Tier 2 roll outs.

Madhu has a proven track record in building and growing successful companies. Her experience in enterprise systems, cash management, acquisitions and divestitures, and corporate treasury will be a valuable asset to BORN Group.

Madhu Madhavan completed a Masters Diploma in Software Engineering from Aptech Learning. Madhu then went on to complete the ICWAI (Institute of Cost Accountants of India) coursework, specializing in Costing, Management Accounting, Financial Management and Taxation. Finally, they completed their Bachelors degree in Commerce and Accounting from the University of Madras.
