Shannan Eagan

Shannan Eagan is a skilled professional with extensive experience in community engagement and recreation management. Currently serving as the Community Garden Coordinator for the Borough of Phoenixville since January 2024, Shannan also holds a position as a Recreation Attendant. Shannan contributes to the Royersford Farmer’s Market as a Committee Member since February 2022 and previously worked as a Field Geologist at Earth Engineering Incorporated. With a strong background in sales and leadership at REI from September 2019 to March 2023, Shannan focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, developing training resources, and fostering a welcoming work environment. Additional experience includes roles at Phi Sigma Sigma, The Healthy Grocer, and various parks and recreation organizations. Shannan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from PennWest California.
